● Experienced UK team (headcount - 19) across sales, ops, and technical support, supported by established processes, forecasting, and cashflow controls.
● High-margin solar + battery product mix with clear expansion potential into retrofit storage and home energy management.
● Low-overhead, lease-free structure allowing rapid regional expansion or bolt-on integration.
● Robust systems and reporting (forecasting, compliance workflows) enabling immediate continuity for a new owner.
● Management available for transition.
● Revenue appx £550k per month with 21% margin
● Current backlog & strong forward visibility.
